The Brownie Pack You Never Knew You Needed is Finally HERE! Although Girl Scouts are done selling their cookies for the year, we got you covered!

This May we decided to take a page from our childhood memories and combine it with our amazingly delicious brownies and blondies.

Say hello to our brand new Limited Edition GIRL SCOUT PACK. One box, four flavors, all based around our favorite iconic girl scout cookies growing up.

In this box, you will get one of each of the following flavors: Scout’s Favorite, Mintastic, Tasty Tagalong, and Lemon Me Up.

These flavors will only be available until May 27th so you better stock up while you can!

Tasty Tagalong

Not all heroes wear capes! Because whoever first thought to combine peanut butter with chocolate is a TRUE hero.

Say hello to our newest flavor, Tasty Tagalong.

This decadent delight first starts out with our fudge brownie base and is then layered with tons of Tagalong Girl Scout cookies.

We then topped it with our homemade peanut butter chip cookie dough and baked it all to perfection. 

But that simply wasn’t TASTY enough for us! So after the bake we let another Tagalong melt on top and added a chocolate frosting drizzle.

Peanut butter, chocolate, brownie…can it get any BETTER than that?

Scouts Favorite

Girl Scout cookies. We’ve had em, you’ve tried em and it’s safe to say, you could never get enough of them!

Growing up these deliciously addicting cookies were always a guilty pleasure of ours.

We would have to save up our allowance to buy a box and indulge in the sweet taste of toasted coconut.

Well this May, we want to bring that same guilty pleasure to you! Introducing, Scout’s Favorite.

This 1/2 lb slice of happiness first starts with our buttery blondie base which is then layered with an abundance of Samoa Girl Scout cookies.

We then concocted a unique caramel chip cookie dough, infused it with shredded coconut and layered it all on top.

After the bake, we gently placed a single Samoa cookie on top to perfect this childhood memory.

Lemon Me Up

Nothing screams end of summer more than fruity desserts, which is why we decided to dive into one of Girl Scout’s most underrated cookies and create one mouth watering flavor out of it!

Say hello to Lemon Me Up!

This beauty first starts out with our buttery blondie base which is then layered with tons of the addictingly delicious, lemon Oreo cookies.

We then topped it all with our homemade iced lemon bar cookie dough. But this didn’t have the shortbread aspect in it!

Which is why we topped it all with tons of crushed shortbread cookies and perfected this gem with our homemade lemon sugar glaze.

Buttery, sweet, spectacular…exactly what the Lemon Up cookies are all about! Are you ready?

Mintastic 

You see those Girl Scouts posted outside of the grocery store and think, do I NEED a box of thin mints right now?

The question is not if, but when, because the answer is always YES!

Which is why we had no other choice than to create a thin mint infused, double chocolate slice of decadence this August.

Introducing, Mintastic.

We then topped it all with our homemade double chocolate mint chip cookie dough and infused it with crushed mint Oreos.

But we wanted this brownie in MINT condition, which is why we decided to cover it all with crushed thin mints and mint chips to really bring out that girl scout cookie taste.

No need to run to your local store for your thin mint fix this month, Mintastic is all you’ll need!

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Refrigerate upon arrival. Keep them in the refrigerator so they stay intact. You can either take them out and either eat cold or warm them up in the microwave for 5-10 seconds if you want them to taste as if they came right out of the oven.

Not planning on eating within 7 days upon arrival? Throw them in the freezer to ensure their moistness. Let them defrost when ready to be consumed.
